About Me

I’m an entrepreneurial People leader, Executive Coach, and Advisor with over a decade of experience helping high-growth companies scale with speed, precision, and impact. I’ve built and transformed People functions across FinTech, HealthTech, Manufacturing, and Professional Services, working across the UK, EMEA, and the US.

I bring a dual perspective shaped by both large, complex organisations and fast-moving tech environments. From corporate settings, I bring rigour: strong foundations, compliance, and experience navigating large-scale change. From startups and scale-ups, I bring product thinking, speed, and innovation in how People practices are designed and evolved. I bridge these worlds, helping leaders apply structure without losing momentum, and innovation without losing control.

Across roles at Klarna, Electrolux, PwC, and ZOE, I’ve supported leadership teams on performance, talent, and organisational strategy. Rolling out frameworks at global scale, building data-led decision tools, and introducing AI-enabled workflows that materially improved how People teams operate. My focus is less on delivery today, and more on enabling others to make confident, high-quality decisions that stand up over time.

My current work centres on advisory and executive coaching. I partner with founders, executives, and senior HR leaders to think clearly, act decisively, and build People strategies that support performance and scale. This includes advising through sensitive employee relations, leadership challenges, organisational design decisions, and the evolution of People teams themselves. As a coach, I work one-to-one with leaders who want challenge, perspective, and practical progress not theory.

Raised between cultures and having worked across London, Stockholm, and Sydney, I’m comfortable operating in global, high-stakes environments. I’m at my best helping leaders navigate complexity, sharpen their thinking, and build organisations that work both on paper and in practice.
